Of all the hats I wear, the most important by far is that of Mom. Three of the biggest blessings in my life are my Lee Musketeers – Gabriella (10) and Austen (8.5), and Tennyson (3.5). Each day, they open my eyes and remind me of what is truly important. They are the fuel that feeds my passion for living an inspired life of purpose and meaning. But being a parent, especially during a global pandemic, is probably the most challenging job I have ever had – it tests my stamina, resourcefulness, creativity, time management, and patience like no other. Even though the benefits are many, it’s a 24/7, 365-days-a-year, no vacation, raises or bonuses kind of a job. Super mom, I am not. It’s trial and error, but always one filled with lots of heart.
